Eric began his career representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, public and private equity and debt financing transactions, and general corporate and commercial matters at McDermott Will & Schulte in Chicago, IL and Dorsey & Whitney in Minneapolis, MN.
He subsequently served in senior legal leadership roles for more than 15 years at Best Buy and Bright Health Group.
Eric graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School, cum laude, where he was a Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review.
He and his family live in Saint Paul, MN. Eric spends most of his free time dropping off and picking up his two young boys at sports practices and music lessons.
